Hi, I’m Alisa.

YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER. CAT MOM. DAUGHTER. SISTER. LOVER OF TRAVEL, KNOWLEDGE, CONNECTION.

Really, I’m just a woman who happened to discover yoga, and thankful that I did. Yoga & meditation has absolutely changed my life and taught me to connect with myself in ways I had never been able to before. And, not just myself, but the world, and the universe. My practice has taught me to see beauty in all things, to be grateful for more things - the good and the bad equally - and to be comfortable with discomfort (and grateful for that, too). Life is such a wild, beautiful, unfolding mystery, and I’m so grateful to be on this path with you.

I have been teaching yoga for 6 years. I was trained in San Diego, CA through Integrative OM. I started practicing yoga and meditation during a study abroad in Denmark, and thus began my journey to become an instructor. I also freelance for health and wellness businesses, writing blog posts and creating social media content. My passion is bringing peace and healing to those around me. I may be biased, but yoga and meditation have brought me so much peace in my life that I feel it is necessary to share these gifts with the world.

I believe that Yoga is for every BODY and is meant to follow you when you leave your mat. That is why I include meditation and breathing techniques, and modifications for all body types and injuries.
